This Katana is a full tang samurai sword so its blade goes all the way to its tsuka (handle), making the grip and the blade one piece of beautiful and sharp steel. The Katana weighs a total of 1.55 kilograms which is efficient enough for slicing, cutting, and even striking movements during practice.
Its blade is crafted from high quality T10 steel that has been sharpened and polished using the traditional Japanese Hadori polish process (Keisho). The T10 steel contains 1% carbon content and its edge has hardness of around 62 on Rockwell scale ; the blade was folded and has Damascus steel pattern which features classic hada on the Katana blade surface which enhances the artistic value of the sword.
