The time it takes to make each custom sword varies greatly, depending on the requirements, parts, enhancements, and availability of parts.

Normally it will take us anywhere between 1-8 weeks to complete most standard size blades.

While Custom size swords and Tamahagane steel can take considerably longer between 3-8 months to complete and sometimes even more, so only order those if you are patient enough to wait. (for custom size swords, if you choose a gloss black Saya, that can considerably help in production time)

Normally delivery to most countries will take 7-21 business days from the day the item was dispatched.  However if you live in remote area it might take additional time.

If we never shipped before to your country, we can give it a chance, however if the item will be confiscated we cannot offer a refund, if the item will be returned to us, we charge 30% restocking fee and original shipping is non refundable.

Yes we do, please contact us via Email with more details about what you have in mind, after we will see the request we can tell you whether we will do it or not, and give you our proposal for your custom blade.

Please note that we do not make custom fittings or custom Saya designs, we can allow customization of the blade shape, size, steel and other features.

We offer money back guarantee in case you are not happy with your purchase, buyer can return the item within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition it was shipped.

Buyer will be responsible for the returned shipping fees, and original shipping costs are non refundable. Buyer will also be responsible to pay the fees we had during the deal in case of a refund. (5.5%) and this fee is non refundable.

Refunds will not be eligible if customer refused to release item from custom office or refused the package, custom tax fees are the buyer responsibility.

Refunds & cancellations will not be given for purchases made with Cryptocurrencies. (we do allow for replacement in case you are not happy)

Cancellation after a order was placed and before shipped will be given refunded minus the original PayPal fee commission, which is non refundable. (if we already started to work on the sword, we will charge up to 30% of the price for cancellations, depending how far along are we with the sword.)
