Ninjato Sword
This is a fully functional Japanese blue acid Ninjato. The fittings are gold color made of copper. Each individual fitting features beautiful scroll work . The tsuka handle is made of ebony wood with and is double pinned with brass mekugi pegs. The scabbard is mounted with copper style tachi mounts tied with a brown string.
The Ninja blade is constructed from heat tempered 1060 carbon steel dyed in blue acid. It also features a bohi which provides audible feedback when the sword is swung to ensure good edge alignment. The blue acid dye which makes the entire blade surface in blue appearance. This gives the blade a unique appearance for those who prefer an extraordinary look on their sword. The Blue Acid Dye treatment is a natural color dyeing method. It does not affect the performance of the sword.
The sword is completely functional and very sharp. It can be used for drills, practice or test cutting.
This is an excellent sword for training (perfectly suitable for Tameshigiri). It is full tang and sharpened.
